Previous construction or demolition experience is preferred, but no experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction as well as experienced workers looking to expand their skills. Responsibilities

• Safely demolish buildings, walls, flooring, tile, cabinetry, drywall, stucco, plaster, and other structures/materials
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and bulldozers when qualified
• Assist with site preparation, debris removal, and job-site cleanup
• Read and follow construction plans and project specifications
• Properly sort and dispose of construction debris
• Assist with remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects
• Assist with carpentry, trim work, caulking, flooring, tile, cabinetry, windows, and hardscaping
• Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements
• Previous construction or demolition experience is a plus, but NOT required
• No experience necessary — training will be provided for the right candidate
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work
• Experience with hand tools or power tools is a plus
• Heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation preferred Pay Starting at $16-$22+ per hour depending on experience and skill level.
