Job Description

Duties:
  • Reliable and able to show up at work on time everyday ready to work the shift requested.
  • General labor.
As a General Laborer, you will be integral to the successful operation of construction projects, reporting directly to the site supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include general labor, but could include some heavy equipment operation if necessary. The role demands familiarity with various equipment, including backhoes, dump trucks, and bulldozers, ensuring efficient site operations.
  • Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks. Some maintenance on equipment when needed.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
