Work hours vary depending on project demand - when there is work, you work; when there isn't, you're off. You'll help with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tool prep, and site cleanup, and occasionally assist the restoration team on water, fire, or storm damage jobs under the project manager. This role requires physical strength, reliability, and flexibility. Standard workdays run 10 AM-6PM when scheduled. Be prepared for on-call emergency service opportunities, which offer overtime pay for extra hours.

Language Requirements English-only:

Fully acceptable. You can work all construction jobs. Bilingual (English + Spanish): Preferred - allows you to assist on both construction and restoration jobs.

Spanish-only:

Limited work availability. You may assist on certain jobs but not all. Pay Hourly - $17-$22, based on experience.
