- I am seeking a Construction Laborer to help with residential remodel projects. The ideal candidate will assist with construction tasks in various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the project begins
- Load and unload construction materials
- Operate and maintain equipment under supervision
- Clean and clear debris from work areas
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Skills
Required:
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
- Own personal tools like a tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in construction or related field, especially weatherization, gutter install or remodel
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
