Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of bringing building projects to life! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople in creating durable structures and beautiful landscapes. As a Construction Laborer, you'll engage in hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Support carpentry work, including framing, trim carpentry, formwork construction, and installation of fixtures Perform concrete-related tasks such as rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and stucco application Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Aid in masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, restoration projects, and heavy lifting as needed Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction workplace setting is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to interpret blueprint specifications and schematics accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions Basic understanding of masonry, plastering, caulking, renovation techniques, and tile installation is a plus Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret technical instructions Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help shape the world around you! Pay:
$25.30 - $30.47 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 - 36.0 per weekBenefits:
