Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into a crucial diagnostic role, delivering high-quality CT and X-ray imaging services for a leading healthcare facility. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and focuses on providing skilled, compassionate care, helping clinicians make informed decisions for their patients.
Work Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts each week
Mids:
11:00 am to 10:30 pm
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT Certification Current BLS certification Kansas state radiologic technologist license (or eligibility to obtain) Demonstrated experience in both CT and X-ray imaging modalities Attention to detail and ability to follow strict imaging protocols Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce clear, accurate diagnostic images Review imaging requests and ensure correct procedures are performed Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining processes to ensure comfort and cooperation Adhere to all safety procedures including radiation safety standards Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation promptly Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Assist with quality control and troubleshooting of imaging equipment as needed This assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact alongside dedicated healthcare providers.
