Duties Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and effectively Operate power tools and construction equipment while adhering to safety regulations and proper maintenance procedures Implement erosion control measures to protect the worksite environment and ensure compliance with environmental standards Conduct erosion control activities such as installing silt fences, sediment basins, and other preventative measures Follow all workplace safety protocols, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection requirements, and climbing safety procedures Repair or maintain construction equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance during project execution Skills Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of industrial construction processes and experience working on large-scale projects Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques, manual handling safety practices, and the use of power tools and hand tools Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and implementation of safety protocols Ability to work at heights, climb ladders or scaffolding safely, and operate in confined or challenging environments Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding technical instructions Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment through adherence to safety regulations such as respiratory protection protocols Join us in building something great!
