Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including site preparation and cleanup Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment safely Support skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed throughout the project Implement erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability Operate power tools and equipment safely under supervision, ensuring proper maintenance and repair when necessary Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures Requirements Prior dirt work or construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment repair is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and workplace safety practices Strong commitment to safety regulations such as respiratory protection use and erosion control measures Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards implementing safety protocols and supporting team members Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to building lasting structures.
