Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and welfare.
- Diaper changes, cleaning of bodily fluids, and housekeeping.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and social development.
- Conduct assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant information.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and constructive manner.
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom materials, and maintain records.
Note:
