Responsibilities Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and equipment around the site Be prepared to take on building projects with assistance from skilled hands. Assist with remodel and demolition projects. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members Help with site cleanup and waste removal to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain smooth workflow Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Basic understanding of construction tools and materials Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute as part of a team Embark on a rewarding career journey in construction with us!
