Overview Join our team as a Flooring Company Laborer and be a vital part of transforming spaces with expert flooring installations! In this energetic role, you'll work hands-on with a variety of flooring materials, tools, and construction plans to deliver high-quality results. Whether you're assisting with LVP, hardwood, tile, or carpet installation, your contribution will help create beautiful, durable surfaces that meet our customer's needs. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install various flooring types including vinyl, hardwood, & carpet Warehouse organization Deliver materials as needed in a box truck Support the installation of flooring systems by handling materials and ensuring proper alignment and adhesion Follow construction plans and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and finishing Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to building installation safety compliance standards Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials and moving equipment efficiently Requirements Prior construction site experience or hands-on experience in flooring installation is highly preferred Valid driver's license and experience driving a box truck necessary Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely in a construction environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Experience with vinyl floor installation, hardwood floor installation, or ca5pet installation is a plus!
