Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and hardworking Laborer with the potential to advance into a Foreman role within our dynamic Marine Construction team. Prior Marine Construction and Welding experience is required. Responsibilities Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Operate power tools and basic machinery, conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Follow all workplace safety protocols, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection, climbing procedures, and other safety regulations. Qualifications Prior welding experience is required. Prior Rigging experience required Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to respiratory protection protocols when required.
