Dracut, MA Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Construction site experience Power tools Materials handling Hand tools Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, able to follow instructions, and comfortable performing physically demanding work. Responsibilities Load, unload, and move construction materials Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute tasks accurately. Prepare and clean job sites Assist skilled tradespeople as needed Operate hand and power tools safely Remove debris and dispose of waste Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Perform general construction and maintenance tasks Qualifications Construction experience is preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required Comfortable working around construction machinery and interested in learning to operate heavy equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to arrive on time and work well with a team
