Our team partners with contractors and property managers to deliver reliable, high-quality work through strong communication, accountability, and efficient project execution. About the role The Commercial Construction Laborer will assist with jobsite preparation, material handling, demolition, cleanup, painting, pressure washing, and other general labor duties. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, comfortable performing physically demanding work, and willing to take direction from supervisors and crew leaders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has some construction or carpentry experience and wants to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced team members. What you'll do Assist construction crews with daily jobsite activities. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Perform light demolition and remove jobsite debris. Complete pressure washing, painting, and general cleanup tasks. Assist with minor parking lot repairs and property improvement projects. Safely use hand tools and power tools. Work from ladders when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Perform other general construction and labor duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction, carpentry, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred. Basic experience using hand tools and power tools safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to safely climb and work from ladders. Ability to perform physically demanding work in active commercial construction environments. Salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience.
