CNC Civil Services is hiring a General Laborer to support survey crews and perform hand digging to expose underground utilities. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Halethorpe, with frequent out-of-town travel (overnight stays during the week). What You'll Do Assist survey crews with marking and measuring job sites Handdig to safely locate underground utilities Load/unload tools and keep sites organized Support daily field operations and cleanup Follow safety procedures at all times Schedule & Travel 4 days/week, 10hour shifts (MonThurs typical) Frequent outoftown travel required (overnight stays) Fridays may be required depending on workload Work outdoors (no work in rain or snow) What You Need Able to perform physical work (lift 50+ lbs., long hours on your feet) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Shows up on time and works hard Willing to travel during the week Nice to have (not required): Construction or labor experience
