Job Description
Maryland Unlimited Construction is hiring three dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We are looking for both experienced general laborers and skilled workers with hands-on experience in painting, framing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, demolition, remodeling, plumbing, electrician and other construction trades. Whether you are an experienced skilled laborer or a hardworking general laborer who is ready to learn, we are looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and can be trusted to complete assignments safely and professionally. We have steady residential and commercial construction projects, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours or more per week depending on project schedules. Our team works inside customers' homes, businesses, and active construction sites, so professionalism, cleanliness, quality craftsmanship, and respect for the customer's property are extremely important. Responsibilities Assist with residential renovations, commercial construction, repairs, and remodeling projects. Perform skilled work based on your experience, including painting, framing, drywall installation and finishing, carpentry, demolition, and general repairs. Support other tradespeople and project supervisors as needed. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly. Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after each project. Follow project instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards. Protect customers' homes, property, furniture, and surrounding work areas. Arrive on time, ready to work, with the proper clothing and equipment. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other contractors. What We Are Looking For Construction, remodeling, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred. Experience in painting, framing, drywall, carpentry, or related trades is highly valued. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to consistently arrive on time and complete scheduled shifts. Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical work throughout the day. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Professional attitude and respectful behavior while working in customers' homes and businesses. Willingness to learn new skills and assist wherever needed.
