Duties Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures Support skilled tradespeople like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their daily tasks Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently to keep workflow seamless Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized site to promote safety and productivity Qualifications Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of construction tools and machinery; training will be provided for specific equipment as needed High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; motivation and reliability are key

Pay:

$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
