Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you'll engage in a variety of hands-on tasks on marine projects. Your expertise will help build, renovate, and improve structures while working safely and efficiently on diverse construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades and contribute to high-quality projects that make a lasting impact. Duties Assist with framing, carpentry, and framing to create sturdy structures. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support construction activities. Install rebar, perform concrete forming, mixing, pumping, and finishing to ensure durable foundations and surfaces. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately to follow project specifications. Conduct renovation and restoration tasks such as plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and flooring installation. Support site safety by adhering to protocols during heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete work. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and welding equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing scaffolds or ladders, and performing demanding manual tasks. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment where applicable. Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols on construction sites.
