The ideal candidate will have experience in basic construction, demolition, and home improvement tasks. You'll work directly with the property owner or lead contractor to help bring a house from start to finish—inside and out. Responsibilities Assist with demolition, cleanup, and preparation of work areas Help install flooring, drywall, insulation, and framing Paint, sand, and perform basic finishing work Assist with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC tasks (as directed) Operate hand and power tools safely Load and unload materials, maintain organized job site Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors Perform general labor as needed to support the renovation team Qualifications Prior construction, remodeling, or handyman experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in construction Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks Must be dependable and punctual Schedule Monday-Friday (occasional weekends as needed) 8-hour shifts, flexible hours possible Benefits (Optional) Bi weekly pay Potential for long-term work or future renovation projects
