What you'll do: Assist with the demolition of residential, commercial, and industrial structures Safely handle and remove hazardous materials (including asbestos and lead) in compliance with all safety regulations Prepare job sites: board up windows/doors, set up ramps for hydrant connections, and place air monitors Support heavy equipment operators by monitoring areas they cannot readily see Securely poly and wrap trucks for safe material transport Operate hand tools and heavy machinery safely (training provided as needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant worksite Attend safety meetings and complete all required documentation related to hazardous materials and job tasks What you'll need: Valid Driver's License Travel to job sites as needed. OSHA 10-Hour Certification. Asbestos License. Asbestos Training/Physical (must be up-to-date). Lead Training. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb, and work in challenging environments. Prior experience in demolition or construction-related fields is preferred.
