Job Summary:
We are looking for CDL-A Laborers to join our team! As a laborer, you would be responsible for transporting equipment and products to and from job sites, as well as assisting the foreman and team with general laborer tasks. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Preparing, loading, transporting, and unloading of products to and from job sites; following all DOT requirements and regulations Assist the foreman and team with restoration of asphalt and concrete Manual labor of forming, pouring, finishing, and stripping of concrete Operate hand-tools or power tools as needed Assist crew members with other tasks as needed Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
Three years of experience preferred, but not required Valid CDL-A License Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire) Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Ability to be a team player Willing to work overtime and weekends, and work in all weather conditions
