General Construction / Carpentry Laborer, John Pearl Contractor, LTD John Pearl Contractor, LTD. is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team for year-round construction and remodeling work. We are a well-established company with 31 years of experience providing quality craftsmanship and professional service. This position involves a variety of residential and commercial construction tasks including painting, carpentry, remodeling, general labor, and job site support.

Responsibilities:

Assist with construction and remodeling projects Painting, prep work, and finishing Basic carpentry and handyman tasks Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites Safely operate hand and power tools Work independently and with a team

Qualifications:

Construction, painting, or carpentry experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions Willingness to learn and take direction

Position Details:

Full-time preferred, part-time available Year-round work Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
