Abdoo Construction is seeking 2 reliable Entry-Level Construction Laborers to join our growing crew. We handle residential and commercial projects across West Michigan. No prior construction experience is required. We are fully willing to train anyone who brings the right attitude, shows up on time, and works hard.

Requirements Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own dependable vehicle to travel to changing job sites across West Michigan.

Strong Work Ethic:

Willingness to learn, take direction, and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Job Site Integrity:

Zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs on the job site.

Tax Status:

Willing to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Preferred (Not Required) Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Experience operating basic hand and power tools (e.g., circular saws, miter saws). Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
