Various job sites across West Michigan About the Role We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Drywall Specialist to join our team as an independent subcontractor (1099). You will be traveling to various residential and commercial job sites across West Michigan to handle drywall installation, finishing, and repair work. We need someone who knows the trade inside and out, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Hang drywall panels accurately on residential and commercial sites. Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to smooth, paint-ready levels. Perform seamless drywall repairs, patch work, and water damage remediation. Inspect completed work to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven hands-on experience hanging, finishing, taping, and repairing drywall.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle to transport yourself to different job sites around West Michigan.

Independence:

Ability to work autonomously and manage your time efficiently without direct supervision.

Tools:

Having your own basic drywall hand and power tools is strongly preferred (though not strictly required for the right candidate).

Work Authorization:

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor (1099).

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
