Elite Steel Builders is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our growing team! We are seeking skilled laborers with a construction background, as well as individuals with the aptitude and desire to become Crew Leaders. We are willing to train the right person!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Construction experience preferred, but we will train the right person Ability to read a tape measure Comfortable using hand tools Strong, physically fit, and able to perform demanding work Able to stand and work on your feet 8-10 hours per day Comfortable working at heights and going up and down ladders Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Willing and able to work out of town approximately 75% of the year, home on the weekends Dependable, hardworking, and willing to be part of a team Must be able to pass a background check

CREW LEADER OPPORTUNITIES

We are also looking for individuals who have the leadership skills and aptitude to train and lead others and help their team members reach their full potential in the workplace. If you have experience leading a crew—or believe you have what it takes to become a great Crew Leader—we want to hear from you!
