Esser Builders II is a local, family owned residential construction company and we are looking to expand our team! We take our customers dream projects and bring them to life through jobs such as remodels, decks, additions, siding, the list goes on! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals that have a positive attitude and are willing to learn as they go. Candidates are expected to help as a general laborer on any of our residential construction projects. Your day to day responsibilities will vary depending on the job and skill. No experience required for this position, however it is preferred. We work year round, weather permitting, and have never laid anyone off. This is a 1099 position. Pay is weekly and wage is based on experience/skill that is determined in an in person interview. Most of our jobs are generally located within a 25 mile radius of our office that's located in Mason, MI. Gas reimbursement is offered for any job that is further than 15 miles from our office. Reliable transportation to and from the job site each day is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Clean up job sites Lift heavy and/or large objects Move materials as needed Hand foreman tools and/or materials as needed Any other tasks required to help foreman on the job complete work at hand
