Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer - Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager and other skilled labors with various tasks. Your hands-on skills and dedication will contribute to the successful completion of remodeling, renovation, and new construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, communication, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials such as drywall, tile, stucco, and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks including cutting, measuring, and fastening Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation aligned with project requirements Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to verify proper fit and alignment Support construction inspection processes by ensuring work meets quality standards and safety protocols Perform gutter installation, door hanging, plastering, caulking, and other finishing tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to follow construction management plans and adhere to project timelines Qualifications Prior construction site experience or related labor roles preferred; enthusiasm for learning on the job is highly valued Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures Knowledge of building material installation including drywall, tile masonry, stucco, plastering, and fixture mounting Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or remodeling projects is a plus but not required Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow blueprint specifications accurately Strong customer service mindset when interacting with clients or project managers on-site Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions Ability to stay motivated and work independently. Pay:
$20.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
