Job Description
Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour Dahl House Construction is a locally owned residential and commercial construction business in Alpena County. We've been in business for 20+ years, business is growing, and we are adding a Construction Laborer to our team!
Qualifications:
Experience in building construction, framing, door and window installation, roofing or finish carpentry preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Valid driver's license required. Available to work 9-10 hour days as projects demand. Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions and complete tasks independently. Ability to use and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and correct manner. Ability to meet the physical demands of the work - lifting up to 50# and work at elevated heights on roofs or scaffolding. Will require daily travel to surrounding counties. Work takes place in varied weather conditions
Location:
Northeast lower Michigan, primarily Alcona, Alpena and Presque Isle Counties. Pay commensurate with experience. Paid sick leave and holiday pay.
