Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers or equipment Carry out basic construction duties including digging, lifting, mixing materials, and assisting with framing. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone on site Operate power tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines Support the installation of structural components like walls, floors, or roofing materials as directed Help maintain an organized job site by keeping tools and materials in designated areas Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures Ability to operate or learn how to operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks as needed Attention to detail to ensure quality work and safety compliance Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us in building structures that stand the test of time!
