This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring safely around the home. Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Assist with medication reminders and monitoring. Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members regarding client care and any concerns. Requirements Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred but not needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance. Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor. Must pass background check.
