Outdoor Cannabis Laborer

Job description: The United Green, a premier cannabis staffing agency, is currently seeking dedicated individuals for a client in Le Roy, MN. As an Outdoor Cannabis Laborer you will play a vital role in preparing an outdoor cultivation farm for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outdoor cannabis cultivation. •Start date is May 4th•

Responsibilities:

Pull weeds from designated cultivation areas, ensuring the removal of unwanted vegetation. Till pots and garden beds to loosen the soil and create an optimal growing environment. Mix soils and amendments according to specified formulas, maintaining consistency and accuracy. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines provided by the cultivation team. Work efficiently and safely, utilizing appropriate tools and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns. Requirements Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or agriculture preferred Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable using basic tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Consistent attendance and dependable transportation Ability to pass a background check

Schedule/Pay Shift A:

Monday-Wednesday 7am-7pm

Shift B:
