Student Analyst / BCBA Fieldwork Candidate Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy - 2.0 Bloomington, MN Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification Treatment plan development Working with individuals with autism Direct behavioral therapy Home health Progress documentation Autism spectrum disorders support Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy is now accepting Student Analysts pursuing BCBA certification for paid fieldwork hours under qualified BCBA supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate students or practicum candidates to gain hands-on experience with autism services in a clinician-led practice in Bloomington, MN.
Location:
1401 American Blvd E Suite 8, Bloomington, MN 55425. In-clinic, in-home, and community-based settings.
Compensation:
Competitive, depending on experience. Paid supervision hours included as part of the role.
What you will do:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism while accruing supervised fieldwork hours Participate in BCBA-led case reviews, treatment planning, and program development Conduct preference assessments, skill assessments, and functional behavior assessments under supervision Develop and graph data, write progress notes, and contribute to clinical reports Receive structured weekly individual and group supervision Maintain documentation that meets BACB Experience Standards What we are looking for: Currently enrolled in or recently completed an ABAI-verified BCBA coursework program Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain one) Demonstrated commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice Strong communication, organization, and self-direction Reliable transportation and a consistent weekly schedule What we offer: Paid supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification Mentorship from experienced BCBAs Diverse caseload spanning early intervention through adolescence Pathway to BCBA-level employment upon certification Supportive, collaborative team culture Horizon Bridge is an equal opportunity employer.
