Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Overview We're hiring entry-level candidates to support plumbing and HVAC installation work. This is a hands-on role involving general construction tasks, lifting materials, and assisting experienced tradespeople. No extensive experience required—we provide training. What You'll Do Assist with plumbing and HVAC installation work Help install ductwork, fittings, fire collars, and related materials Load, unload, and stage materials on job sites Clean and prepare job sites and remove debris Use basic hand and power tools Support carpenters and HVAC technicians as needed Help in the fabrication shop (sheet metal work) when field work is slow What We're Looking For 0-5 years of construction or labor experience (entry-level welcome) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic math skills (measuring, reading tape measures) Willingness to follow safety rules and instructions Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
