Key Responsibilities- Acquire daily tasks from Shop Foreman. Shop Foreman to prioritize as needed.
- Delivery/pickup of materials, equipment, and service parts, etc.
- Manufacturing of Crosslake products.
- Building maintenance as needed and directed by the Shop Foreman.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of shop & field tasks.
- Address and resolve any field-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a conduit between installers, technicians and management, ensuring concerns, feedback, and suggestions are communicated and addressed.
- Utilize Service Titan software proficiently to monitor, manage, and report on field operations.
- Assist in identifying building maintenance needed.
- Enter material and equipment usage accurately.
- Extra set of hands for the field when they require assistance.
- Primary schedule is Monday-Thursday with Friday rotation. Talents and Skills Required
- Proficient with tablet software technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with construction and home service operations.
- Clean driving record required
