Job Summary Rite-Way is hiring! We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our mobile home installation crew. Our team handles all aspects of lot prep and mobile home setup: from concrete removal and pouring foundations to final finishes like skirting and stairs. Responsibilities Prep lots by removing trees/stumps, concrete, and asphalt Grade lots with class 5 material Pour concrete foundations (full slabs or footings for piers) Block, anchor, and level mobile homes Install siding, skirting, stairs, sidewalks, and concrete pads Operate machinery such as skid-loaders and excavators (training provided) Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

Has construction or concrete experience (preferred but not required) Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Willing to learn and take direction Has a valid driver's license (required) CDL is a plus - but not required (we'll pay for CDL training for long-term team members) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Experience with vehicle and/or trailer maintenance a plus!

Full-time:

45-55 hours/week is typical, weather permitting Shop work available on rain days Starting wage: $22-$27/hour depending on experience Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
