Construction General Laborer

Description Perform interior and exterior demolition (removal of drywall, flooring, framing, fixtures, etc.) Assist with job site prep and cleanup, including debris removal and hauling materials Support carpenters with tasks such as: Hanging and finishing drywall Basic framing and blocking Measuring and cutting materials Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Work effectively as part of a team to meet project timelines Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous construction, demolition, or labor experience preferred Basic knowledge of carpentry or drywall work is a plus Ability to use hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, climbing, standing for extended periods) Reliable transportation to job sites Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
