Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in agricultural drainage.

Paid Time Off Health Insurance Lodging is paid for and per diem for every day of travel 401(k) match The Laborer will be responsible for the following: Follow all company policies and safety regulations. Communicate to Job Site Foreman. Assist all crew members.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, ability to learn, follow instructions, and show up on time to work every day. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel will be required. Hotel is paid for and per diem is received for each day that an employee travels. Standings/walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc. A full job description will be available upon request during the interview process.
