Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and technical plans into tangible structures, contributing to the successful completion of diverse industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project tasks Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Operate power tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely repairs when needed Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards and use of respiratory protection gear Support equipment setup, assembly, and troubleshooting during construction activities Conduct erosion control activities and ensure proper implementation of environmental protection measures Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures safely to reach elevated work areas while maintaining stability and balance Assist with industrial construction tasks such as site preparation, material delivery, and installation support Requirements Proven experience in industrial or commercial construction environments with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and climbing regularly throughout shifts Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental safety practices Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety regulations on-site Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment in a fast-paced setting Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols, including respiratory protection procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join us in building projects that make a lasting impact! Pay:
$25.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
