Full-Time Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join an active construction team in Savage, MN. This role supports a variety of job site operations and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks on job sites Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely Support skilled tradespeople as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all job site safety procedures and company guidelines Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors Qualifications Prior construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work: Lifting, bending, standing for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to follow directions and work effectively on a team Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us?
