We serve a diverse range of industries, providing innovative building solutions for applications such as agricultural facilities, sports complexes, aviation hangars, and more. Our focus is on building strong relationships and delivering high-quality fabric structures that meet our customers' unique needs. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Fabric Plant Laborer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the fabrication and assembly of fabric structures. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and hands-on expertise will contribute directly to creating durable, high-quality products for our clients. Responsibilities Operate power tools, hand tools, sewing machines, and CNC equipment to assist in fabric cutting, sewing, and assembly processes Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and components safely within the plant Use calipers and other measurement tools to ensure precise fabrication and garment construction standards Assist with woodworking, machining, and fabrication tasks related to structural components Support warehouse activities including inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and organizing supplies Conduct basic maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols during all tasks to maintain a secure work environment Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in woodworking, machining, or fabrication environments Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred Experience with sewing, garment construction, or working with heavy-duty fabrics is a plus Familiarity with CNC machines, power tools, hand tools, calipers, and millwork techniques Prior warehouse experience involving material handling and heavy lifting Strong attention to detail in assembly and fabrication tasks Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Fabric Plant Laborer and be part of a vibrant team committed to craftsmanship and excellence! Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
