Position Overview K&M Waterproofing is hiring a Construction Laborer to support experienced crews on commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role assisting with waterproofing installation, concrete preparation, material movement, and general site support. Candidates should have prior construction site experience and be comfortable working with tools, materials, and crews in an active jobsite environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of commercial waterproofing systems including membranes, coatings, and sealants Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and scraping concrete Support concrete work such as patching, forming assistance, and staging materials Load, unload, and move materials throughout the job site Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts when assisting crews Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Operate basic hand and power tools as directed Follow direction from foremen and adhere to job site safety procedures Must-Have Qualifications Prior experience working on active construction job sites General construction labor or trade support experience Ability to perform the physical duties of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already completed Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts (training provided if needed) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attendance and work ethic Preferred Experience Exposure to waterproofing, concrete, masonry, or roofing work Experience assisting skilled trades on commercial projects Familiarity with construction tools and materials Opportunity This role provides exposure to commercial waterproofing and concrete work, with the opportunity to develop specialized skills and advance into higher-level trade or crew roles over time.
