Job Description
Job Overview Pool Construction & Service Laborer Abel Pool & Spa Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing pool company. This position involves hands-on work in swimming pool construction, renovations, repairs, maintenance, and general labor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with swimming pool construction and renovations
- Install and replace pool liners, steps, lights, pumps, filters, and other equipment
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and equipment installation
- Perform pool openings, closings, cleanings, and maintenance
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn pool construction and service skills
- Previous construction, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or pool experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
