Job Overview Pool Construction & Service Laborer Abel Pool & Spa Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing pool company. This position involves hands-on work in swimming pool construction, renovations, repairs, maintenance, and general labor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with swimming pool construction and renovations
• Install and replace pool liners, steps, lights, pumps, filters, and other equipment
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and equipment installation
• Perform pool openings, closings, cleanings, and maintenance
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn pool construction and service skills
• Previous construction, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or pool experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:
