Landscape & Construction Crew Member Kueker's Nursery & Landscaping/ Pool & Spa in Perryville, MO is looking for an experienced, dependable person to join our crews. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, take pride in what you do, and work well with a team, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do: Help with landscape installations, planting & trimming trees and shrubs, and jobsite preparation and cleanup. Assist with outdoor construction and other projects based on your experience. Load, haul, and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. What we're looking for: Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or hands-on outdoor labor. Ability to safely tow and maneuver a trailer. Practical skills such as planting trees and using common tools. Dependable attendance—showing up on time and ready to work. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Initiative to stay busy without constant supervision. Willingness to follow directions, learn, and help wherever needed. You don't need experience in everything we do, but this is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation of practical skills and a strong work ethic.
