Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This job is physically demanding but offers you the opportunity to advance and learn a skilled trade. Pay is quoted as a range because it depends on your ability and what you produce. If you want to make more it is up to you. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties Hand excavate spot footings under home foundations. Pour and finish concrete footings. Work in conjunction with others in a coordinated lift of homes with compromised foundations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Engage in heavy lifting and physical activities as required by the job demands. Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols consistently. Experience in construction environments is advantageous but not required.
