Job Description

Pierce Leasing, a family-owned business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated Construction Technician to join our team. As a Construction Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and preparing our fleet of mobile offices and storage containers for customer use. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work both at our facility and occasionally at customer sites, ensuring our units meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Repair and prepare mobile office and storage units for customer use Inspect and repair roofs, vents, rain gutters, and J-channels Repair or replace siding, windows, screens, doors, and locksets Repair or replace interior walls, ceilings, and trim Maintain and repair interior and exterior fixtures Perform interior and exterior painting as needed Manage utility hook-up and disconnect for units Remove and replace steps as required Handle scrap and garbage removal and disposal Inspect and repair trailer lights Verify registration and license plates Re-pack wheel bearings and check or replace tires Travel occasionally to customer sites for setup and repairs Qualifications Attention to detail Technical aptitude Strong time management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent customer service skills Experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field is preferred Benefits Minimal travel required Year-round employment Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off 401K retirement plan Per diem and lodging provided when traveling Life insurance Company discounts Experience and License Requirements Construction
