About the Role We're looking for an Entry-Level Landscape Laborer to support our field crews in building exceptional outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on, physical role that's perfect for someone who is:

• Able to take direction and follow through No prior experience? If you have a great attitude and a strong work ethic, we'll train the rest. What You'll Do
• Work under the direction of our Foreman and Lead Hands on job sites
• Assist with site prep, moving materials, and cleanup
• Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely
• Learn the basics of hardscape and softscape installation
• Keep safety, quality, and cleanliness top of mind
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors
• Represent CW Designs professionally on-site and with clients Requirements
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Punctual and dependable (you show up ready to go)
• Basic understanding of hand tools (shovel, rake, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (or U.S., depending on location)
• Valid driver's license and clean record preferred What You Get
