Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse construction projects, from residential renovations to commercial developments. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate execution of tasks Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, and other building components in accordance with specifications Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and concrete form construction to ensure high-quality results Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all team members Support various trades including carpentry, masonry, restoration work, and renovation projects as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation Experience reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings accurately Proficiency with construction estimating processes and understanding project specifications Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping techniques Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and proper use of hand tools and power tools Ability to perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skilled in blueprint specification interpretation for accurate project execution Experience working on diverse construction projects including renovation and restoration work Join our team if you're eager to build your career in a vibrant environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
