About the Role Pavers Plus is seeking a full-time, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our team. This position is seasonal, with the opportunity for year-round employment for the right candidate. We are a regional commercial contracting company specializing in asphalt and concrete repair and maintenance solutions. Our team supports projects across multiple locations, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential. Key Responsibilities Operation of construction equipment Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep Support the Foreman and crew on-site Operate hand and power tools, including genral labor tasks Load and unload equipment and materials Travel locally and out of state, including occasional overnight stays Operation of company vehicles Qualifications Experience in construction, asphalt paving, or concrete placement/finishing preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable operating equipment and tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Clean background High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to travel (position based in Kalispell) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $20-$25/hour (DOE) Overtime opportunities Per diem and hotel accommodations provided during travel For year-round employees: 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Schedule 8-hour shifts Day and night shifts available Overtime and weekend work as needed
