We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Key duties include writing, pulling, and preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery, as well as responding to inquiries regarding product selection, availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs, prepare accurate quotes, and collaborate with team members to support both new and existing accounts. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction will be central to this roll. Experience Education or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields is preferred but not required. Prior experience in customer service, sales, and team communication is also beneficial, though not mandatory.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
